Members who book and stay at an all-inclusive resort are subject in all respects to the program rules and the terms of the Marriott All Inclusive program.

The standard guarantee and cancellation policies of the all-inclusive resort will apply to stay reservations with prize redemption, including, but not limited to, all minimum length of stay requirements, credit card guarantee requirements, and late cancellation, no-show and early departure fees. Many all-inclusive resorts have staff whose sole purpose is to sell timeshare, tours, spa services, and improved experiences. It may be tempting to avoid spending money outside of what you paid for the resort, but not budgeting or planning for food, activities and experiences outside of the all-inclusive package will make the trip less satisfying, enriching, or exciting. A prize-redeemed stay at a destination outside the United States is subject to all necessary government approvals and restrictions and to applicable non-hotel taxes.
A redeemable stay at an all-inclusive resort covers the cost of the all-inclusive package, which includes, but is not limited to, the standard room (with existing beds), the room tax, the service charge, the resort fee and the standard food and drink, for up to two people. Both the member's name and membership number must be provided to customer service when booking the stay to redeem the gift prize and cannot be changed once the reservation has been made.
